We started off w a humble 4 - 5 players each day and even 3 players on the bad days.
More players were invited to the game and more friendships are forge. The Normal has merge with the "intensity" for this weekly affair where we sweat much and laugh much.
Although we didn't lost much weight thru this weekly event but I sure gain much injuries, from twisted ankle to a very tired knee and occasionally twisted fingers.
No doubt we are not playing a very high level basketball but I do enjoy every sec of controlling the ball and putting it into the net and I also wish I can improve and play better basketball. "Why so serious" I ask myself, I am already 26 and not 16, "Why Not?" I question myself - what is wrong with putting in the most amount of effort in every thing we do in life ? I wish to be better, I wish to be stronger and fast and more accurate and wish to play some quality basketball and not like bad decision and lots of bad shots and blame it to bad form.
I am setting a personal standard for myself and I wish I can achieve it.
BEMSD is 1 thing I look forward to every week and I just wish I can stay healthy to be there every week.
